SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo
Join us at the SOT’s 61st Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, a hybrid online and offline meeting that will feature world-class toxicology alongside networking and social opportunities.
Toxys will be present on site with a booth (#1324) and we will also be hosting an Exhibitor sponsored session entitled: OECD Validation of the ToxTracker Assay for Genotoxic Mode of Action Assessment.
Session Description:
ToxTracker is a cell-based reporter assay to assess the mode-of-action of genotoxic compounds. In a large international inter-laboratory validation, the accuracy to predict genotoxicity, intra- and inter-laboratory reproducibility was determined. During this session, we will share the first results and conclusions of this OECD validation. Various partners involved in the project will share their experiences. Finally, we will share some of the improvements that were made to the assay and the learnings for regulatory applications.
Programme:
• Overview OECD validation study
• Experiences from validation partners
• Challenges and learnings
• Applications of ToxTracker
• Conclusions and closing remarks
Presenters:
• Giel Hendriks, Toxys
• Stefan Pfuhler, Procter & Gamble
• Raja Settivari, Corteva Agriscience
• Darren Kidd, Labcorp
