Join Toxys NAMs Spotlight Event
Join us at Topgolf Orlando for top science! At our event Toxys NAMs Spotlight we will hold alongside SOT Annual Meeting 2025, a program with case studies of different NAMs for genetic, developmental, and mechanistic toxicity and how they have been used in (regulatory) setting awaits you. We will share updates on Toxys assays including the draft OECD guideline of ToxTracker that is currently under review and we will give examples for how these assays are applied for compound screening, follow-up testing, potency ranking and used in weight-of-evidence and adverse outcome pathway approaches.

Our Director BD & Sales, Daniel Roberts, will co-chair the workshop session: “Challenges and Advancements in In Vivo Genetic Toxicity Assessment for Regulatory Decision-Making”.
In this session, key issues related to effective genotoxicity testing across different industry sectors will be presented and discussed, including the role of genotoxicity testing in the safety assessment of various xenobiotics, recent developments and implications for regulatory acceptance, nuisance factors and nuances regarding the conduct and interpretation of in vivo assays, and ongoing efforts and expert working groups in the field of genotoxicity.
