Webinar: ToxTracker updates – OECD draft guideline, BMD, and data visualization

Webinar on ToxTracker Updates
When: 22 September 2025, 4:00-5:00 pm CET
ToxTracker is a stem cell-based reporter assay that provides mechanistic insights into the genotoxic mode-of-action (MOA) of pharmaceutical compounds and chemicals. Encouraging results from an interlaboratory ring trial of ToxTracker were published in a peer-reviewed article last year to support OECD test guideline creation. More recently, to use ToxTracker data not only for hazard identification but also for risk assessment, benchmark dose (BMD) response modeling was incorporated into ToxTracker’s standard analytical pipeline. Furthermore, enhanced visualizations of the data using a customized ToxPi approach were developed for easy interpretation of results. These Potency Response (PR) Plots offer a new way to analyze and display data across multiplexed endpoints, when potency of more than 1 endpoint should be evaluated.
In this webinar, we will share the latest updates on the ToxTracker OECD draft guideline, discuss application of BMD analysis in ToxTracker with example data, and demonstrate the novel visualization tools (PR Plots) we have developed.
During this webinar, you will learn:
- The latest news on getting an OECD test guideline for ToxTracker
- How BMD analysis is performed with ToxTracker data
- Applications of BMD when moving from hazard identification to risk assessment
- How the new visualization tools are used when presenting ToxTracker data
