Get to know our developmental toxicity in vitro assay, ReproTracker in a webinar
Recently, we launched our novel developmental toxicity in vitro assay, ReproTracker. ReproTracker is a human induced pluripotent stem cell-based assay for developmental and reproductive toxicology screening. The assay is able to identify compounds that interfere with early embryonic development. introduce webinar

Toxys launches its new in vitro Genotoxicity assay TubulinTracker

The TubulinTracker assay is a state-of-the-art stem cell-based reporter assay that rapidly and reliably discriminates between tubulin stabilisers and destabilisers affecting cell cycle dynamics. TubulinTracker is  flow cytometry-based, identifying aneugenic properties of compounds that are associated with genotoxicity. TubulinTracker displays high sensitivity and specificity and provides mechanistic insight into the Mode-of-Action (MOA) for microtubule disruption. The mechanistic insight into the MOA provided by this assay is important for hazard identification and as part of weight of evidence approaches. TubulinTracker can either be used as a follow up to our ToxTracker ACE or as a stand alone assay to determine the MOA of tubulin poisons. Click here to find out more about this novel assay.

News in short

A new state-of-the-art laboratory
Toxys is growing and rapidly expanding its in vitro chemical safety testing services. Recently, Toxys signed an agreement with BioPartner Leiden for its new laboratory facilities. In spring 2021, Toxys will relocate to the new BioPartner V laboratory building at the Leiden Bio Science Park.

BioPartner is currently building a state-of-the-art laboratory facility with flexible labs and offices. The innovative building is constructed from recycled materials and uses natural, eco-friendly materials to provide a sustainable and inspiring working environment. The building is the perfect location for Toxys to expand its modern laboratory facilities, ready for further expansion of its specialized toxicological research services and allowing further growth of the company.
