San Diego, CA – March 24, 2026 – Toxys and the Korean Institute of Toxicology (KIT) announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing took place at the San Diego Convention Center during the Society of Toxicology (SOT) 2026 Annual Meeting. This agreement marks a significant step toward strengthening collaboration in the field of genetic toxicology and advancing innovative in vitro approaches in .

Under the terms of the MoU, both organizations will explore opportunities for the potential adoption and implementation of Toxys’ ToxTracker^® technology. ToxTracker is a validated animal-free reporter assay platform. It offers mechanistic insights into genotoxicity, supporting more predictive and informative toxicological assessments.

The collaboration intends to improve predictive toxicology capabilities by combining KIT’s deep knowledge of toxicological research with Toxys’ new approach methodologies. The goal is to help develop more efficient, mechanism-based testing strategies.
