Quantitative in vitro to in vivo extrapolation of genotoxicity data provides protective estimates of in vivo dose

Check out this recent publication by the Genetic Toxicology Technical Committee (GTTC) on in vitro to in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) for genotoxicity. In vitro genotoxicity assays, including ToxTracker, were able to reliably predict in vivo genotoxicity from animal studies.
