Integration and application of new approach methodologies in assessing the developmental hazards: Case study with an antimalarial drug

Check out this publication in which ReproTracker was utilized by Medicines for Malaria Venture (MMV) to verify the teratogenicity potential of an antimalarial agent and address the interspecies differences. Their study demonstrated that the use of NAMs, such as ReproTracker, can be helpful in understanding the outcome differences in animal testing better and can be used for de-risking antimalarials early in drug development for teratogenicity hazards.
